Emily Sadri is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, and renowned hormone expert dedicated to transforming the midlife health journey for women. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse on Manhattan's lower east side and completed her graduate training in Midwifery and Women’s Health at the University of Pennsylvania. After over a decade in conventional medicine, Emily shifted her focus to functional medicine, embracing a holistic, hormones-first approach to women’s health.
Trained by leading hormone experts and the Institute for Functional Medicine, Emily has a unique gift for translating complex hormonal and functional medicine concepts into practical, actionable steps. Her mission is to help women understand their intricate body systems, empowering them to care for themselves and feel amazing.
